Past exhibiting artist Shirley Wiebe has generously donated works from her temporary site-specific outdoor installation Underpinnings for Auction by the Odd Gallery. Shirley is Donating all funds raised from the Auction to the Odd Gallery to assist with ongoing exhibition programming.

The Odd Gallery would like to sincerely thank Shirley Wiebe for her very generous donation and support of Gallery Programming.

Silent Auction Guidelines
Bids will only be Accepted from within Canada.

Submit a bid to dawsonarts@yknet.ca with:
A) Corset # you are Bidding on.
B) Bid Amount in Canadian Dollars.
C) Bidder's Name.
D) Bidder's Permanent Mailing Address.
E) Bidder's Email Address.
F) Bidder's Telephone Number.

All Bids will be acknowledged by an email reply from the Odd Gallery – if you do not receive a reply, your email may not have reached us. The Odd Gallery will not be responsible for emails sent but not received.

Highest Bidders
At the close of the Silent Auction only Successful Bidders will be contacted to arrange for payment and the pick-up or delivery of the artwork.
Successful Bidders are required to make payment by Friday November 23, 2007 at 4 pm Pacific Time – if there is no contact or payment made by the Highest Bidder by this date, the Bid is deemed invalid and the next highest Bidder will be contacted.
Successful Bidders outside of the Dawson area can have the artwork packaged and mailed to them – the Gallery will charge a fee of $65 in addition to the sale price to cover packaging materials and shipping in Canada only.
